The Codex
of the Realm

ForwardCrown is a peer-to-peer gifting community. When you enter the Realm, you are making a voluntary gift to another community member — not an investment, deposit, or purchase of any product or service.

There is no guarantee that you will receive any funds in return. Receiving a gift from the Realm depends on community activity, randomizer selection, and referral participation — none of which can be promised or predicted.

Figures, metrics, and dollar amounts referenced on this site represent projected or historical examples from the Realm's founding phase and beta testing period. They do not represent guaranteed, average, or typical results. Individual outcomes will vary significantly.

ForwardCrown is not an income opportunity, business opportunity, multi-level marketing program, or investment scheme. Do not enter the Realm with funds you cannot afford to gift freely and permanently.

What We Collect. When you register or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and referral information. We collect standard web analytics data (page views, session duration, browser type) through our hosting provider.

How We Use It. Your information is used solely to operate the ForwardCrown community — to communicate with you, process your membership, and send Realm updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies. This site may use cookies for session management and analytics. By using this site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.

Data Retention. We retain your information for as long as you are an active member of the Realm and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Voluntary Participation. Entry into the ForwardCrown community is entirely voluntary. No one is required to participate, re-enter, or refer others. All gifting is made freely and without any legal obligation to receive a gift in return.

No Refunds. All entry and re-entry fees are unconditional gifts made by you to other community members. Once gifted, funds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By entering the Realm, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in gifting activities of this nature.

Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in ForwardCrown is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding legality outside of the regions where we actively operate. You are also solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from gifts you send or receive.

Conduct. Members are expected to participate in good faith and uphold the culture of the Realm. ForwardCrown reserves the right to remove any member for conduct deemed harmful to the community, without refund.

Limitation of Liability. ForwardCrown, its administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the community.

Changes to These Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members.

Governing Law. These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
